Maruti Suzuki has begun taking reservations for the all-new Celerio, which is set to debut in India on November 10, 2021. The model, which costs Rs 11,000 and can be ordered online, has already begun to arrive at dealerships, with further information available here.
The 2019 Maruti Suzuki Celerio will be driven by a K-Series dual-jet, dual VVT engine with first-in-segment idle start-stop technology under the hood. This engine will be available with both a five-speed manual gearbox and an automatic transmission (AMT), which Maruti refers to as AGS (Auto Gear Shift) technology.
The 2021 Maruti Suzuki Celerio will have a new grille with a split, single slat chrome grille, a large black insert for the front bumper fog lights, halogen headlamps, black alloy wheels, a new rear bumper and taillights, a rear wiper, a washer, a driver-side request sensor, and ORVM-mounted turn indicators in terms of design. The model comes with a huge touchscreen infotainment system, an engine start-stop button, a redesigned AMT lever, vertically stacked rectangular-shaped AC vents, and front power windows on the inside.
“The Celerio has swept the market with its unique styling and groundbreaking Auto Gear Shift (AGS) technology, which has helped democratize two-pedal technology in the nation,” stated Shashank Srivastava, Maruti Suzuki India‘s Senior Executive Director (Marketing and Sales). Celerio has now become associated with cutting-edge technology, modern design, and usefulness. Today’s urban, progressive, and aspirational shoppers want goods that are lively, active, and vibrant in order to match their identities. With a new petrol engine, a dynamic and modern appearance, and a plethora of segment-first improvements, the all-new Celerio is an all-rounder.
