New Sport trim is also added to Hyundai Venue’s lineup.
Hyundai has finally launched its Venue SUV with an intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT) option in the country. The iMT ensures you get a clutchless-drive experience along with the joy of shifting gears manually. Moreover, the South Korean automaker has also introduced a new Sport variant with 1.0-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel BS6 engines. The Venue also gets a completely a new variant in the name of SX+.

What’s new in Venue Sport?
The Sport trim introduced in the Hyundai Venue gets sporty D-cut steering with paddle shifters (only with petrol DCT). Other notable additions in the SUV include dual-tone exterior paint (titan grey with phantom black roof), glossy black front grille with red insert, dark grey front bumper and roof rail garnish and red inserts on the wheel arches and body side moulding.
The combo of red and dark grey continues inside the Venue Sport as well. It gets dark grey upholstery, red colour accents on knobs, contrasting red piping on upholstery, TGS, steering and door trim.
What’s new in Venue SX+?
The SX+ variant gets a 1.2-litre petrol engine paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. It gets projector headlamps, LED tail lamps, projector fog lamps and 20.32cm touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay compatibility.
With the new iMT tech, Hyundai Venue is likely to snatch some more sales from the segment leader Maruti Vitara Brezza. It continues to rival Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport and Mahindra XUV 300.
