Most of the carmakers are planning to unleash new cars around this festive season. In addition to it, we proceed towards the end of the year. The upcoming car models range from friendly budgets to the premium segment in the country.

1. Maruti Suzuki Celerio (New Gen)
The new-gen Celerio has been tested and set for its official launch in India on 10 November. The forthcoming model will be found on the Heartect platform. It is presumed that the model will be bigger than its predecessor. The upcoming model is expected to be proposed in two petrol engine options – 1.0 litre and 1.2 litre. The 1.0 litre engine will produce 67bhp and 91Nm torque, while the 1.2 litre engine will produce 82 bhp and 113 Nm torque. The hatchback model will be available in both 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT options.
2. Mercedes AMG A45 S
The German carmaker will expand its line-up of performance in the country with the launch of the AMGA45 S MATIC on 17 November. AMG A45 S would be coming into the country via the CBU route. The upcoming AMG model will be equipped with a 2.0 litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged engine that will produce 500Nm torque and 416 bhp. The motor comes with an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, which qualifies the vehicle to sprint from 0-100kmph in 3.9 seconds.
3. Skoda Slavia
Skoda will unleash its upcoming mid-size sedan very soon. Slavia will be on the MQB AO IN platform. The price tag is expected to be higher than the Rapid. The sedan will be made available in two petrol engine options. One of the 1.0 litre, three-cylinder TSI petrol engines produces 115 bhp, whereas a 1.5 litres four-cylinder TSI petrol engine produces 148 bhp. The sedan will be available in a six-speed manual unit, a six-speed automatic unit, and a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission option.
4. Audi Q5 Facelift
The premium car brand Audi recently commenced production of the Q5 facelift, and the price tag is to be announced in November 2021. The SUV is found to get a vertical chrome strip in the grille given by LED headlights with DRLs. The SUV will be launched in two variants – Premium Plus and Technology. The vehicle is equipped with a 2.0 litre four-cylinder petrol engine which produces 249 bhp and 370 Nm torque.
5. Porsche Taycan
Porsche is planning to introduce its electric Taycan this month in India. The vehicle will be offered in two different battery sizes along with four different variants. Taycan is known for its fastest acceleration in terms of electric cars.
6. Tata Tiago CNG
Tata is all set to launch its existing Tiago in the CNG version. Few selected dealers have started accepting bookings for the CNG version. It is believed that the CNG option will be available in two variants – XE and the XT.
7. Volvo XC 90 Facelift
The new version of the XC 90 facelift will be introduced with a mild-hybrid petrol version. The vehicle comes with tweaked bumpers, new alloy wheels, and chrome highlights around the car. The car would power a 2.0-liter petrol engine that would work in tandem with a 10.4kWh battery pack.
