11. W Motors Lykan Hypersport

W Motors built the Lykan Hypersport for a small role in the Furious 7 movie which led to the 7 production units the world got. One of the most expensive and exclusive cars produced in the world, Lykan Hypersport also offers a long list of very exciting features fit for a car of its stature. Another interesting fact is this is the first hypercar from the Arab nation. It costs around Rs 26.03 Cr ($3.4 million) at a starting price.

Bugatti calls the Chiron Pur Sport “beast meets beauty,” an apt description for the aggressive successor of the popular Bugatti Chiron. Bugatti built 60 units with each car including personal touches for each individual owner. Pur Sport costs approximately a million dollars more than the original Chiron.

13. Gordon Murray T 50

Paying tribute to their successful 50 years in the automobile manufacturing industry, Gordon Murray Automotive designed a special hypercar – The T 50. It was decided to produce only 125 cars which included 25 track vehicles and 100 road cars.

T 50 often praised as the last great analogue supercar was also built with inspiration from Murray’s McLaren F1. It comes with 3 seats and houses a V12 engine with a 6-speed manual gearbox.

14. Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio

Designed as a special tribute to the 60th anniversary of Sergio Pininfarina at Ferrari, the Sergio has a lot of elements from Ferrari’s Dino. The supercar houses the 4497 cc V8 engine for a powerful performance. Only 6 of these were built after special approval.

15. Koenigsegg Jesko

Successor to the Koenigsegg Agera RS, the Jesko is among the fastest cars in the world in 2022. It is not just leading the speed list but also with its price tag. With a starting price of Rs 22.94 Cr ($3 million), Jesko is a very powerful, quick-shifting drive that is meant to be as much fun as it is fast.

Koenigsegg has given the Jesko an upgrade on the engine, reduced weight to increase the aerodynamics and performance with a lot of comfort features thrown in to make the hefty price of this supercar make sense.

A 1280-hp V-8 engine with a 9-speed transmission along with rear-wheel steering to control the downforce and drag keeps us in control and gives us an experience of a lifetime through the ride quality.

16. Mercedes AMG One

The 2022 Mercedes AMG One designed with the Formula 1 race cars in mind has a great road presence at the same time giving us the performance of a race car but fit for the streets. The hybrid supercar is run by a 1000 hp 1.6-L V6 petrol engine and four electric motors. The car is exceptionally quiet and sustainable with its hybrid motors and can accelerate 0-120 mph in just 6 seconds.

17. Aston Martin Valkyrie

Valkyrie was built as an attempt to get a racing car on the streets legally by Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing. They put a 6.5-litre Aston Martin-Cosworth RA naturally-aspirated V12 engine and a 160 hp electric motor in the car that produces 1160 hp and 900 Nm and paired it with a 7-speed Ricardo transmission. Aston Martin plans to build only 150 units of Valkyrie, each of them taking about 2000 man-hours to create.

18. Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4

Another new launch on our list is from Lamborghini which unveiled the Countach LPI 800-4 in 2021 to celebrate the iconic Countach’s 50th anniversary. The LPI in the car’s name is the abbreviation of Longitudinale Posteriore Ibrido which refers to the lengthwise positioning of the car’s powertrain. That and the car’s unique bodywork are some of the things that set it apart from other supercars.

It has a very innovative supercapacitor hybrid system that includes a 34V electric motor. Lamborghini will only make 112 units of the Countach LPI 800-4, all of which have already been spoken for. The deliveries are scheduled to start early next year.

19. Aston Martin Vulcan

Unlike the other cars on our list, the Vulcan from Aston Martin is 100% race car. You can’t drive it on regular roads and with that kind of looks and power, it is better off on the race tracks. 24 units were built of this lightweight, 7.0-litre V12 engine powered beauty. Road-legal conversion for Vulcan was made by the RML Group, a British engineering company. RML made a lot of modifications to the original Vulcan to make it legal on the streets. The company also claims that all these modifications can be reverted back to race track specifications whenever desired.

20. Ferrari LaFerrari Aperta

The LaFerrari Aperta is a special and limited edition of the original LaFerrari. Ferrari built 210 of which 211 have been sold and the remaining 9 were held for the company’s 70th Anniversary celebration.

The LaFerrari Aperta is set apart from other Ferraris by its unique bodywork while the previous ones all had similar designs to that of the Pininfarina. The main difference is in the doors and wheel arches of the Aperta are named appropriately so, as the word means “opening” in Italian.

21. Aston Martin Valhalla

Like the Valkyrie, Valhalla is another magnificent design from the Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing team-up. Launched in 2022, this hybrid supercar comes with a turbocharged 3-litre V-6 engine. Valhalla falls slightly lower than Valkyrie when you compare performances. But it makes up for that in the excellent handling and bodywork. Aston Martin will be making 500 of these gorgeous hybrids that also come with very futuristic and innovative features on the inside. The main attractive features include the infotainment system is positioned right in the middle of your steering wheel and an integrated band has replaced the traditional dashboards.
