Tata launched India’s first safest sub-compact SUV, Punch on October 18th.

Last but definitely not least, Punch’s deserved hype is all about its safety features. In the crash test conducted by the Global NCAP, Tata Motors’ Cars have always performed and scored well. Punch is no exception to that. Furthermore, Punch exceeded everyone’s expectations and came out with a complete score.

GNCAP awarded Tata Punch SUV with 5-stars for Adult occupant safety and 4-stars for Child occupant safety. Punch’s scores were revealed to be 16.45 out of 17 in Adult safety category and as 40.89 out of 49 in Child safety. The body shell also remained stable in Punch’s crash test.

Following that, one cannot forget to mention what makes Punch the safest car made in India. IN addition, the SUV comes with dual airbags, anchor pretensioner safety belts for driver seats, ABS with EBD and Corner Stability Control and segment-first features like Brake Sway Control.
